4. Changes to the Service
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including content, features, pricing, or availability.
We do not guarantee that any specific content, module, feature, or functionality will always be available. Changes to the Service do not entitle you to refunds except where required by applicable law.

You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations of this section.
8. Communications

SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING & AUTO-RENEWAL
1. Subscription Plans
PinkFlag offers subscription-based access to its content and features. Available plans may include monthly and annual subscriptions, as well as limited free-access tiers.
Free access accounts provide restricted access to selected content only and do not convert into paid subscriptions unless you actively upgrade. Free access does not expire but remains limited unless a paid subscription is purchased.
Paid subscriptions provide access to additional content and features as described at the time of purchase.
2. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes
All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method in accordance with your chosen subscription plan.
Applicable taxes (including GST or VAT, where required by law) may be added at checkout or included in the displayed price depending on your location and applicable regulations. You are responsible for any taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.
3. Auto-Renewal
All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
Monthly subscriptions renew on the same calendar day each month corresponding to the original purchase date.
Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary of the original purchase date.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this automatic renewal and recurring billing.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@pink-flag.com.
Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following billing period.
If you cancel:
You will retain access to your paid subscription features until the end of the current billing period.
Your subscription will not renew after that period ends.
Deleting your account or stopping use of the Service does not automatically cancel your subscription.
5. Refund Policy
PinkFlag offers a 14-day refund window for both monthly and annual subscriptions, beginning from the date of initial purchase.
To request a refund within this period, you must contact us at contact@pink-flag.com. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be approved except where required by applicable law.
Refunds are discretionary and assessed on a case-by-case basis. We strongly encourage users to contact us directly with any billing concerns rather than initiating a chargeback.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails, Stripe may automatically retry the charge.
If payment is not successfully processed, we reserve the right to suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. Suspension may occur as early as one (1) day after a failed payment.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
Chargebacks are treated as an indication that you no longer wish to use the Service. Access may be permanently revoked, and we may dispute chargebacks where appropriate.
8. Changes to Pricing or Plans
We may introduce new subscription plans, pricing structures, features, or promotional offers in the future.
Any changes to pricing for existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance where required by law. Continued use of the Service after pricing changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
